Today was a very quiet day. We were missing 2 of our classmates, so there was only 4 of us.
We continued to work on our writers workshop. Everyone has published at least one story.
In Math the Grade 3's worked on rounding numbers to the nearest tenth and hundreds.
The Grade 2's worked on sharpening up their addition facts.
We started our Health unit on Fire Safety.

Sorry parents. It has been almost a month since I have updated our class blog.
We have been very busy. Halloween has come and gone, as has Remembrance Day. Thank you to all those parents who attended that Remembrance Day ceremony. Our class did a wonderful job with our poem and song. Great Job Grade 1-3!
We have just finished our unit on Monsters. We had a great time doing all sorts of projects. What types of monsters did you create?
The grade 1's and 2's continue with our reading program, and our doing a great job moving up in levels.
The grade 3's have just finished thier novel study "Super Fudge". They will begin "Little House in the Big Woods" today.
